A Look Back
On August 19-23, 2026, Julian Lage welcomed the inaugural class of musicians for an intimate, in-person Masterclass centered around playing, listening, improvisation, and the creative process.
Over several days, participants explored music together through group sessions, conversation, performance, and hands-on instruction, creating space to ask questions, experiment, and learn alongside Julian and one another.
